I talk a lot about motivation. Right now I'm lacking it. I didn't go to my WW meeting this morning and I should have. Today, I'm going to clean my room, clean it out. If my room is clean, maybe my mind won't be. I already start off eating right. Measured out the cereal and everything.

It's not the nicest weather for a walk today, but I can do a video. Going to get back on track. Going to get my motivation back. I worked to hard to lose this weight to screw it up now.
