I need to get back into exercising and eating right. I have to track and I have to work hard again. I'm so blah...not wanting to do anything. Why am I like this right now?
I need to find something that I love. I love walking, but it's like I don't have the will to do it. I need a hobby. I don't have one. All I do is eat and lazy around. I need motivation.
