I am so sore! Went to the gym with my sister. Did 20 minutes of swimming laps. OWWWW! I learned I have no upper body strength. I am a good swimmer. But I grew up swimming in the river. Not laps. And mostly just playing. But, I haven't swam since the summer and I do very little strength training. I need to work on my muscles. I love to run, but I need to more! I did 20 minutes. My arms should not be this sore.
