So I got weighed in yesterday. I tracked this week. I exercised. I worked hard. And I was up. I was up a lot! I was so angry! I'm frustrated. I worked really hard this week. And the scale didn't show it.
Okay, I only get weighed in once a month...I'm going to start to get weighed in more. Maybe the weeks before when I didn't track and didn't eat the best caught up with me. And maybe this week was actually a good weigh in because it was a month since my last weigh in.
**sigh** I'm staying on track. I'm just so disappointed though. I don't ever want to see that number again :(
