Dr. Oz! Really good show, get some good tips and learn a lot about health. Definitely try to catch it when I'm home.
I made the Oven-Baked Omelette Lasagna from the 3rd HG book. Really good. Definitely will make it again!
Going to make some apple stuff tomorrow I think. Love apples. I made the baked apples before. It's really good. This time I'm think more of apple crisp...but we'll see what recipes HG has!
I'm trying to get in track in my eating and so far this week, it's been good. I'm going to the movies and I'm going to have a treat there. Probably going to have a kids pack. It's not about depriving myself, but subbing what I want for smaller portions. I don't need a large popcorn. The kid pack is great for me. And I don't need butter because it tastes great without it.
I'm trying to get on a routine. Going to bed and getting up at the same time. I love to sleep in though. But if I get up at 8 or 9, I have plenty of time to do things, even if I have work. Running is going great. Almost ready for a 5k I think!! I'm going to start working on my speed soon. And I added strength training. Getting healthy I am!!
