The heat has been killing me. And it's been a stressful week with work, and the bf leaving :(, and some other things. It's basically been a free for all. I've been eating and eating and eating. And my weighed in showed it. It was bad. So I'm getting back on track. I'm going to add strength training to my exercise. I run a lot when it isn't warm. But I need to work on the muscle building.
I really need to get myself on track. I can't let myself eat whatever I want again. I feel 100x better now that I have lost the weight. It's not worth it to gain it back.
