I'm really trying to stay motivated...but I'm such an emotional eater. I was at my WW meeting and my friend next to me grab my hand and told me to loosen it up. I asked her if I looked stressed out. She said yes, I do. I asked the bf if I looked stressed out, but he said no. But he sees me all the time.
Unfortunately for me...I am stressed out. I thought I hid it well...but apparently not.
Going for a run tomorrow. Yay!! Maybe getting back on track will make me feel better.
