O M G!

Okay...so I love Coconut Cream Pie. Like LOVE IT!!! Anyway, when Hungry Girl sent an email out with a Coconut Cream Pie recipe I had to try it. It only has 2 points. TWO POINTS?!!? I was like really?? REALLY?? So I tried it today. Absolutely delicious! I will be making it again and again and again. I think I made the crust a little too thick, but I'll spread it out more and put it up on the sides more. But man, that pie is good. Love it!

I'm moving next week. I can't wait! I'm hoping that I'll be able to get my eating under control and get a routine going. I know the bf doesn't eat much bad food, so I think I'll be fine. I am going to have to raid the cupboards though before I leave and take all the food I can, lol!!

My iphone!

So I got an iphone from my sister. She bought the new one and is selling me her old one. She put on it a few good apps. My favorite is the weight watchers app. I can track what I'm eating on that. I don't have to write it down. I can have favorites on there and everything. It's perfect for me.

My running is going really well. Can run for 30 minutes straight now.

I haven't really made any new recipes lately. I'm trying to stay on track and so far doing pretty good. This week is tough because I was away on the weekend. I need to go get some spinach tomorrow and I think I'm also going to do some baking.

I got a great tip that I followed once and going to start following it again. I love croutons on salad but they can be fattening. At WW, a lady said she breaks hers into crumbs and puts them on. Less calories and you get the crunchiness throughout the salad. Very yummy.

I think I'm going to make the Omelet Lasagna for supper tomorrow. And maybe make mom some stuffed chicken!
